A Pleaseure to Work With!

Julie has been a pleasure to work with. She is patient, professional, and has the client’s best interest in mind. While looking at one property, she was able to identify a potential problem as the owner had made a number of improvements. Her questions raised the possibility that the owner may not permitted some of those. She stays on top of the market and told us about a property that came up for sale that same day. We went with her to view it and we were the first to place an offer which has since been accepted. Looking forward to closing!
